Hi! Is this more fit and flare (bottom flares out) or is the bottom more fitted?

@rachelzdds I wouldn’t say the bottom flares out. But it’s also not too fitted at the bottom either. When I was a size 12/14 it fit me well with my curves. If I was to spin in it, not much would rise up. That’s the best way I can explain. Sorry, it’s been so long I don’t know how this was marketed.
