theislearchive @missjunenicole Hi! Sorry for the delayed response! Ok so, waist is 15" lay flat and and PTP is 18", however - it can definitely accommodate larger busts because of the way this dress is cut on the side and the adjustability of the halter ties (I am larger busted). I wanted to keep this one - she is SO cute - but I am about to get a breast lift and won't be able to wear something like this for quite some time. I figured someone else should enjoy her.
