Elegant blue and white dress by Liz Roberts, likely designed in the mid to late 80s. Perfect for dressing up with the intention of having eyes on you! In fair used condition with plenty of life left. There are some snags in the polyester pleated skirt, could be repaired if desired or shortened. Could be a great for some-sort of cosplay, very reminiscent of the Sailor Moon Costume.
