Glamour Black and White Floral Dress

Chic black dress with white floral patterns. Turquoise, blue and purple floral accents add a pop of color. Long bell sleeves for elegance. Bought new from Macys and have worn maybe one time, if that. It’s been hanging in my closet since. I just noticed when inspecting it that the top has 2 holes where it appears there may have been a string to tie but did not come with the dress. The way it flips over it’s hard to see this unless you look.
