jeanrogers436 @chumeeisen Hi! Great observation. They are actually the exact same bag! The only difference is that in the third photo, I have attached the removable crossbody strap to show you how it looks when worn as a shoulder bag. The first photo just shows the bag by itself as a top-handle tote. Both the bag and the strap are included in this listing!

jeanrogers436 @a_mcelreath Hi! Thanks for checking. To clarify, this bag does not have permanent holes or grommets. The removable strap is attached using a high-quality conversion kit that wraps securely around the leather handle bases (as shown in Photo 3).
