Burnout Velvet Elegant Fringe Trimmed Skirt Set Size S

Because this set is a sheer burnout velvet I removed the tags so they didn't show. Therefore, I cannot recall the brand. I've had this in my closet for some time so I'd feel it's safe to label it a vintage but timeless set! This is sheer. It is also very elegant. The fringe gives it a fun swish when walking or moving. I did wear it once but it's in excellent condition! Both the top and skirt are slipped on, no zippers the measurements laying flat are approximately as follows top- 16 at bust 20 in length at top 27 in length with fringe Skirt-12 at waist (it does stretch) hips 19 length of actual skirt 33 length with fringe 40 I really wanted somewhere to be able to wear this again but alas that did not happen.
