Vintage 70's Bell Bottom Pants Girls Size 14 Handmade

Vintage 70's bell bottom pants girls size 14. They were homemade ....I believe. No tags but I think they are polyester. There are a few small catches. Bottom of the pants across is almost 14 inches. High waist....rise is 12.5. Back of pants button & zip. Waist is 11.5 laying flat inseam is 30.
