Junior’s Halter Dress w/ Lace

A beautiful more formal dress with a lace design on top and a dark blue bottom! It is sleeveless with a halter top design. It’s navy blue and a cream white. This has only been worn once for a school dance. In good condition - however there is a tiny bit of discoloration near the straps, and 3 tiny black dots on the front as shown in the picture. There is an attached slip underneath the sheer blue bottom of dress, as well as a zipper and one button in back.
