Black dressy pleated wide leg pants by Alice + Olivia. Please note my pants are slightly different than the one shown in the model pic: my pair has a wider shiny silk waistband, and zips on the side instead of in the back - but otherwise they are the same. Material is silk and polyester. There are a few light marks on the back side of the pant (see last pic) - not very noticeable, but these will likely come off with an additional dry cleaning.
