It definitely has signs of being preloved, but all in all looks good. On the very back bottom hem there’s a loose thread. The dress is not unraveling. After examining the thread, it does appear it will cause unraveling if cut. I’m personally one of those that would rather stitch, but I leave that up to the next owner.
