Vintage Zuni John and Rosali Bowannie Inlay Sterling Inlay Gemstone Necklace

This stunning and rare design necklace from Native American Zuni husband and wife team John and Rosali Bowannie features an ornately inlaid central medallion pendant. The pendant is expertly inlaid with turquoise, jet, mother of pearl and spiny oyster. The pendant has a teardrop dangle in the center. It’s bordered with twisted wire and hand stamping. The pendant measures 3 1/4 by 2 1/4”. It’s signed JRB Zuni. The open link chain measures 10” on each side. The spring ring is marked sterling. The pendant has been acid tested and is sterling.
