This super cute green dress is from Pretty Little Thing. NWT and Never Worn! I purchased 2 and they just didn’t fit right on me but it would be adorable on someone else!

Also, the description of the dress says midi, but as you can see in the pictures posted it’s much longer. I would say it’s more of a fitted maxi.
