Vintage French (?) clothes hanger with pocket floral stripe

Beautiful vintage fabric-covered wooden clothes hanger with attached hanging pocket. I purchased this at a vintage shop in the Netherlands but believe it’s of French origin, date of manufacture unknown. A very lovely piece with floral stripe fabric with red and pink roses and tulips, greenery, blue accents, and white and golden mustard stripes; silky taupe lining.
