BOLERO – Size 12: Bust 41", Shoulders 17", Sleeve 20.5" (measured unfolded), Length 19". Open front with quarter sleeve. Fabric is 100% polyester with acetate lining. kellycraig613Sorry—one last measurement if you don’t mind. Where does the waist fall on the dress. I’m short so I’m always concerned the waist will hit me at my hips. I think I’m good everywhere else you posted!
