NWT BloomChic pleated midi dress - Size 18/20

NWT BloomChic pleated midi dress - Size 18/20 Midi length dress with spaghetti straps and a pleated waist and tulip hem, great for special occasions. The neckline has a wire V embedded in the fabric to hold the cutout shape. The color is really hard to photograph, but it's a dark teal, I think it's a bit darker in person than on the BloomChic website. Material is stretchy. Brand new with tags, never worn! 95% polyester, 5% spandex
