The waist (unstretched, the back is elastic) is 13.5" and the length is 37.5". I hope this helps! You'll notice that I reduced the price from $50 to $30 in a fit of post-menopausal rage the other night! lol I went through (almost) my entire closet slashing prices! Oh Lawd!!! Feel free to shop! :)
