Completely factory reset as you can see from the pictures IPhone 11 with 64gb memory good battery health is at 76% absolutely not 1 crack on the screen or the back. Does have light scratches on the screen but nothing major! It will also come with a charging cord and cube! This phone is in excellent shape! The gentleman at the phone shop that factory reset it told me it is easily worth $150! It is sim locked with AT&T so the buyer is responsible for taking care of that if you don’t want it with AT&T! It does NOT cost anything to get this phones sim unlocked from AT&T just a little bit of time! I have also thrown in a charging cable and cube that I found that works with the phone! sasha_gilbert Yes it is still available like it says in the description it has a 64 capacity it is fully factory reset but sim locked through AT&T. But my understanding is that they will unlock the phone for free if the phone is paid for which it is! The battery health is decent. I can’t really tell you to much on that because the phone has been fully factory reset and I can’t get into it to see what the battery health is.

sasha_gilbert I will say the day the repair gentleman was working on factory resetting it he found something in charging port so he removed it and it started charging faster instantly! I have it on the charger now and I plan on taking it off before bed and seeing what the battery looks like in the morning when I get up! The repair guy told me that this phone is in really good shape internally and externally.

sasha_gilbert Now it is a IPhone 11 it has cosmetic scratches the back is a light purple does have a black silicone case on it at the moment that comes with it! Just light scratches never been dropped or anything like that! Hope that all helps!

sasha_gilbert It is factory unlocked! I can find a charger around my house I’m sure if you really need one! Do you just need a cord? You will need to get it sim unlocked from AT&T but that is completely free! I googled it and since the phone is paid for etc it is free to do it!
