Vintage 90s Nina Piccalino Red Novelty Hat/Floral Dress V-neck, sleeveless Ties in the back, that's very flattering. *has to small spot towards the bottom (both pictured) One spot is very faint, the other a little darker... •No Size Tag, guessing medium(Reference Measurements) Flat measurements: pit-to-pit- 20" waist- about 18" length- 45.5" Reminds me of Pheobe Buffay and all the other 90s sitcom shows we love.!
