Hi:) is this in new condition?! With tags. Thank you. Also would you be so kind to tell me if this would work, my daughter is 14 and about 5’3 115lbs. ?! Thoughts?

@underwaterread Hi! My daughter wore it for a dance last year very similar size. The tightest part is around the bottom of the ribs- it measures 13.5 in when laid flat there. The rest is flowy and corseted so otherwise very adjustable. It’s like new but I don’t want to promise perfect since she did wear it once :)
