Would this bag be too small for keys and a regular size wallet?

Keys can fit okay. But keep in mind that if you put too many items inside, it won't close securely. This leaves your items exposed when worn crossbody. A skinny wallet would be recommended to ensure it closes securely. I tried putting my thick kate spade wallet (L: 5.6" x H: 3.6" x W: 1.2") and the purse would not close at all.
