Does this run true to size as an XS in bustier/bust ?

@bexrye I’m a solid 4/27/Small and this dress is too small for me. The bust is li d of pleated, so I feel like that gives some wiggle room for sizing. You could go braless or pasties if it’s too tight or wear a strapless bra to fill it in more
