90s Neon Say No To Drugs Iron-On Fun Fabric 10x12 Wrights Bondex Vintage

• Measures 10x12 inches (25x30 cm) • Neon design with "Say No To Drugs" and other anti drug sayings. • New, never opened piece of Neon Fun Fabric from the early 90's. I found a receipt from Hancocks fabric from 1994 in between the fabric layers :). I pictured it for fun and put it back in the fabric.
