This gorgeous, sheer, lightweight 100% polyester blouse could be dressed up or down. The main color is navy blue, with many types of flowers in beautiful pink, yellow, and off-white. This blouse also has a rounded hem and bell sleeves with double ruffles. The measurements for this dressy top are 30" PTP, sleeves are 20"-21", and the length at the longest is 27" - 28", depending on how low you have the neckline in the front and back.
