Sorry to bother again. Did you measure the removable insole that’s inside the shoe, or the insole from outside ? Because there is a wedge, it would really help if it was the removable insole (inside the shoe)

@mymy_bl Hi, no worries, ask all the questions you need to 😊. The insole inside the shoe itself is not removable but I put a measuring tape inside the shoe and measured from the toe to the heel and I got 10 inches.

@mymy_bl Hi, sorry, you are right. I think when I measured them before I didn’t have the tape measure flattened all the way down. I just measured them again twice and I put my hand in the shoe and flattened the tape measure down and it does come to 10.5 inches. I added two photos. I tried them on but I am an 8.5 so they were too big for me.
