Vintage Orange Turned Resin Black White Necklace Glass Ethnic Beaded Tassel Y2K

This listing is for a Vintage necklace with a bold Orange Turned Resin pendant, with a Black and White glass beaded tassel and black and white accent beads on the cord. It is about 22" long and has a very ethnic, Y2K vibe. It is on a cord of unknown composition and in good condition. The orange pendant is lightweight and has a slight translucence when held up to the light, but I don't want to call it anything other than turned, polished resin-but I am unsure of the actual composition. The black and white beads feel like glass and this is a very unusual piece.
