Hey Tim, hope you're well-- do you think this could hold up to 7.62x39?

That’s a hard one to answer as that caliber trajectory is different than a 5.56/223 may not work accurately for longer ranges, but I think would be ok for closer quarters. Hope that made sense…

I would recommend a Aimpoint red dot for a 7.62x39 as well for closer quarters and I will soon be posting an Aimpoint Micro-T1 2 MOA with a low and high profile mount in the next day or so.

Hey, appreciate your response and you definitely know your stuff. I'm a former infantryman, and it does make sense, but knowing that I suppose that I could zero it for the round and then go from there but for CQB is really what I imagine I'd use for. I'll wait to see your Aimpoint and make a decision though! Thanks brother! Cheers from Florida!

@cyper210 I should ask, how flexible are you on price with this unit so I can think of an offer? I know this is an older unit but just wanting to get an baseline on where you are with this?

cyper210
Honestly I’m not too flexible as I’m currently without work and need funds, but all you can do is try…😁

Oh I'm sorry brother, been there for longer than I care to admit during the pandemic. I got laid off and then started a business which was stuck in neutral or reverse for years before it took off. Let me sit on it and figure out a number that works for y'all and myself.

Hey Tim, me again, a simple question -- do you have any document or something certifying this is an authentic EOTech sight? I'm not saying you'd do such a thing but there's a lot of them out there that are as convincing as the real thing but end up not able to handle an airsoft rifle. Apologies for the annoyance!

@jsuarez90 Apart from original case with SN and underbelly tags on bottom of EoTech matching that’s all I got. I’ll upload pic of bottom but that’s all she wrote.

Hey, so I have countered and the basis of the counter is that a.) it's hard to tell if it's authentic since I checked this morning (not an accusation, they are floating around though) b.) it's not in perfect condition c.) it's an older model; just wanted to offer my rationale

@jsuarez90 What I countered is as low as I’m gonna go and I understand it’s an older model but the original price was near $700 so it’s gonna be what it is. Not a knockoff or airsoft cheap O. Appreciate the interest…
