mrsstricky @addyclothes Hi there ! It means the bag needs cleaning or repairs . Usually used to describe an authentic, higher end bag that needs work. This one either needs to be cleaned or dyed . The hardware is all good, zippers work fine no rips or odors it just needs a little love. Some people will have them dyed or professionally cleaned hence the “ project bag” 😆 hope this helps!!
