durable black pants. 4 pockets. Used them for skiing. Waterproof. Definitely need another layer under them. They do have fleece inside but they are thin. Fit is slim on the legs as well. I’m 5’4 and these fit me perfectly. Feel free to ask any questions

Can you add the measurements: rise , inseam , waist, hips. Is the fabric stretchy? Do they fit over boots or have ankle zippers?

Waist : 25.5 -26 in (measured from inside)
The fabric does have some very light stretch and there is elastic in the waist part. The pant legs don’t have zippers they can fit slightly over boots but they are straight legged. So you do have to pull them over the boots
