These shorts are in very good preowned condition and they come from a smoke free home. The fabric is 98% cotton and 2% spandex. They are size 8, the inseam measures 9 1/2 inches, the rise is 9 1/2 inches, the leg opening is 9 1/2 inches across and when you lay them out flat, the waistband measures 16 inches across and stretches to about 18 inches across.
