That is because Vintage clothing was cut different than sizes today if you're not familiar with it, I work a two or a four but in my Vintage clothes, I was in eight in my own stores. They just keep cutting everything bigger to make people feel better about it so we try to give you the correct sizing whether the tag says it or not.
