@naomiabigail It’s meant to be drapey but has the drawstring to cinch at the waist. If it’s not cinched the max around the waist is 40” and it fans out more to 49” around the hip area. I just added 3 more photos with these measurements and one of me wearing it. I wear size S for reference. Thanks for your interest and hopefully the fit works for you. 💕
