Soak the seeds in water (using a bowl, cup) for at least 48 hours up to 2 weeks (changing  water out daily using a strainer to catch the seeds to not lose any) so they will germinate. Then plant seeds half inch deep into soil in container with regular potting soil. Water lightly weekly. Then transplant the plants later into a garden or keep in outdoor pots. Or 2. Spinkle seeds directly into your garden, half inch deep into soil. and let nature manage it. Water weekly. After planting the seeds always keep the soil moist but not soaking wet. LIKES Full sun to part shade. In warmer zones, protect plants with light shade during the hottest part of the day. Plants grow into flowy grassy clumps 24 to 48 inches tall and 18 to 24 inches wide.
