The shirt size tags are pretty useless as what is an XS in one brand is not in another, so I took measurements for you, please refer to those. The tag on this one says small. The neck does have elastic so it stretches. Unstretched it measures about 2 1/2 inches but it can stretch out to about 5 1/2 inches. The back measures about 8 inches and the sleeves are another 2 1/2 inches. Pit to pit it measures about 3 inches.. The adorable pink with the CC logo in rhinestones and mesh tutu with the tank top has a tag that says XS w/ stretchy material. The neck is about 2 inches. The back is about 3 inches and the mesh tutu part is about another 3 inches for a total of 6 inches. Pit to pit it measures about 5 inches.
