Joie Turquoise and White Maxi Dress. Size 4. Fits like xs/small

Boho and resort vibes forever! I adore this dress and it’s super flattering, but it’s a touch long for me :( Good used condition. Size 4 on the tag, but I feel it fits like an XS /small (but adjustable back tie makes it a flexible fit). The hanger loops or lingerie straps (the little straps that help hang a garment on a hanger) have been removed, as seen in last photo, but it does not affect the dress :) Please see all pictures for condition
