Gorgeous Cream Isaac Mizrahi Tulle/Poly/Silk Layered Skirt; Size 4

Waist is 27”, Length of Silk and polyester Lining is 28”, outer Tulle layers gradually get longer to @31”. It has a simple grosgrain ribbon waist binding, with a zipper and skirt hook closure. The silk lining has a hefty, 2” wide horsehair filled hem to give the skirt some volume. It’s super pretty and I would love to wear it myself!
