Interior- The interior liner of each of the 3 sections and the interior zippered pocket are in perfect condition. There is a mark on the leather portion of one of the sections but is not seen when bag is closed. Exterior is a semi-structured soft leather that needs some work and a cobbler or black leather polish will do the trick. There is corner wear as seen in photos as well as some minimal scratches as well. In addition, on one of the handles there is gold tone hardware missing, which can be seen in the very last picture. This could be replaced, but does not affect the use of the handle as it is for aesthetics. 2 of the other handles are missing a piece of the hardware at the tips so please pay close attention to the handles in the pictures. Again, these are for looks and do not affect carrying of the bag. The 2nd to last picture (the handle on the left) shows how the hardware should look on the other 3. Gold tone hardware.
