Beautiful Parker Black collection gown. The dress is a floor-length, sleeveless gown with a distinctive high crossover beaded V-neck. Gathered waist. Side slit Halter style neckline Zipper was stuck and put a small hole in the lining. This does not prevent the dress from being zippered and the hole is not visible on the outside of the dress.
