GREETINGS!?WHAT IS THE SUBSTANCE ON THE TWO CRYSTAL SNAPS? HAVE YOU TRIED TO REMOVE THE SPOTS? ARE THERE ANY BLEMISHES/ LOOSE OR WOBBLY SWAROVSKI CRYSTALS? HOW WILL YOU SEAL AND PACK TO PREVENT DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING? THANK YOU‼️

@cheryl_briscoe Hi. The spots are not on the surface. They’re on the bottom (inside). No other blemishes, nor wobbly crystals. I wrap in tissue paper and bubble wrap. Thanks
