Dressbarn flowy dress, plus sz 18

This is a very gently worn, flowy Dressbarn dress in tones of brown. It has a flower “belt” which ties at the waist, and a flower “bloom” centered on the “belt”. It has a ruffled neckline as well as fabric “drapes” sewn around the bottom of the dress. These drapes give the dress a flowy appearance. It is made of 100% polyester, and its lining is polyester, as well. Plus size 18.
