grayhaley @morka Hi! Sorry for the late response- the waistband is not stretchy, it measures 14” flat across! Let me know if that works for you, and I can accept your offer!

morka @grayhaley Oh thank you, you are so kind. It’s a little tight (I think this is a small 6 for COS) but i want to give it a try. In the worst case I’ll give it to my daughter. We have the matching top and it would be awesome to have the skirt as well.
