Black Floral Dress - Size Small

Gorgeous Black Floral Dress by White Birch in size small. Beautiful boho dress but has a slight issue with the metal on the straps. They like to move out of place when you're wearing it. I tried putting some fabric tape to secure the bottom but the metal pieces still come out of place (see photos for detail). Someone with some sewing skills might be able to fix it up and make them stay. Such a gorgeous dress..
