White fabric with a sweetheart neckline, fitted bodice, and full skirt with a section of layered pink ruffles on one side, topped with a large pink bow with a giant rosette in the center. Brand: JCPenney. Union made. Marked size 5, best fits modern 0 / XS best (modeled on size 2, 5’8”).
