FREE PEOPLE Floral Blouse

NWT *MODIFIED* Reposhing: I bought with elastic missing from inside of blouse for back waist. Piping for elastic was frayed open as well as side seam for tie through waist. This was a full wrap top but could not run the tie through a severely frayed seam opening. I sewed it closed and I turned this into a snap closure with tie detail.
