Hi Lanitas/Sad Girls, thanks for clicking on my listed item, I greatly appreciate you taking time to look at this piece. So here's some details: I bought this piece back in 2020 from another seller on Depop, what I can tell you is it looks like the previous owner cut the crinoline underskirt so it lays less puffy. I never wore it so it has been sitting in my closet. It says is a size 7/8 so maybe fits a womens size small, it does fall above the knee cap. It features a scalloped neckline, fitted waist with zipper on the back and it is off the shoulder. It does have a small patch on the skirt where the velvet looks crushed.
