AMAZING 60’s Black Velvet Dress- Like New Condition

Vintage black velvet cocktail dress with a timeless, elegant silhouette. Features a flattering bateau neckline in the front with a beautiful scooped back. Long sleeves with Talon zipper closures at the wrists and a back Talon zipper with hook and eye closure. Includes crispy blue and white union label. The waist is accented with a slim belt detailed with rhinestones. A few rhinestones are missing but it is not noticeable when worn. Interior hanger straps are attached to help maintain the shape properly on a hanger due to the scooped back. The fit is classic and incredibly chic. Perfect for holiday parties, formal events, or an understated evening look.
