This is a custom made vintage style skirt from Hearts and Found. I'd highly suggest looking them up on Etsy. They have recently rebranded but you should still be able to find them. the tag says size small but please refer to measurements. waist is just under 13" across. could probably accommodate a 26" waist comfortably (it did for me) but not past that. I mean...I squeezed into with a 27" waist but it was tight. lol I love this skirt but it no longer fits :( 18.5 inches long 100% cotton a nice wine maroon color. Has pockets! very full and flattering. Open to reasonable offers. Bundle and save on shipping.
