Vintage 1997 Mannix puppy dog figure with a semi-bobble head. The head has a slight spring/bobble movement but is tighter than a traditional bobblehead style. White puppy with Black floppy-ears in a seated pose. Likely from the Puppy Surprise toy line by Mannix Industries. *Not* Littlest Pet Shop. Condition: Very good preowned condition.
