@ashleyvargason Waist untied laid flat is 18 inches across with stretch to about 25 inches across. Materials it is 62% rayon, 32% polyester, and 6% spandex. They are super soft/stretchy with like a ribbed soft slight fuzzy buttery feel if that makes sense.
