hannahz224 Thanks for inquiring! The ptp measurement is straight across; it does not account for the cup contouring. The corset adjustment starts at the “bra line” in the back. The entire dress is very accommodating to differences in shape and size.

hannahz224 @kerri0117s The dress style is retired, but the sizing guide for an 18 is waist 38-42, bust 43-47. I would say anything between 40-50 for waist or bust would be fine. Hope that helps!
