@simplyblessed8 hi friend the bag was shipped to your address. Usps lost the bag I think because you said you receive the paper label only. I'm honest person and seller. I dont need to be scam or whatever. I swear for my son I love him so much the bag was inside the package. And other think I believe God alot. Poshmark refund your money you dont lost your money but I loss my bag that make me sad. I don't know what happen when was on the way in to your address.

@simplyblessed8 @simplyblessed8 Hi friend, I truly understand why you’re disappointed and I’m so sorry this happened to your package. I actually work for USPS, and unfortunately I have personally seen packages get damaged during transit. Sometimes the package gets ripped open by machinery or during handling, and all that is left is the shipping label. As heartbreaking and embarrassing as it is, we are still required to deliver the label to the customer to let them know the contents were missing.

@lovetanyb If loose items are found without packaging or labels, they are usually sent to the USPS Mail Recovery Center (Dead Mail Department). There is a chance the bag could have ended up there if the package was damaged in transit. You may want to contact the Mail Recovery Center to see if they recovered a Burberry bag connected to your shipment.

@iluvninergirly all do respect i worked for usps as well. I dont think anyone should nake comments or form assumptions thats not involved. Not tgat i owe any explanation to you but the label came straight from seller that hadnt been attached to any box just a crisp label that usps couldnt have sent. So please stop God knows the truth and i and lovetanyb knows as well. Its never about the money its about truth and principle of the matter.

@simplyblessed8 @iluvninergirly It's such a heartbreaker when an amazing item goes missing all due to someones miss handling (the postal service 😬). So unfortunate, however it would be much more respectful and productive to address them directly through message in the order instead of commenting on a flyer that the entire Posh Universe can see. Clear communication avoids misunderstanding. Happy Poshing 😉
